MTL pods (0.8Ω, 1.0Ω, 1.2Ω) work best with 50/50 VG/PG or nic salt e-liquids. The cooler, tighter draw suits tobacco blends, menthol, and classic fruit salts — think Blueberry Ice, Virginia Tobacco, or Strawberry Lemonade. Ideal for anyone switching from cigarettes or running 10–20mg salts.

RDL/DTL pods (0.4Ω, 0.6Ω) are better matched to freebase e-liquids at 70%+ VG — thicker juice, more vapour, warmer hit. Tropical fruits, desserts, and candy blends come through well at these lower resistances. Stick to 3–6mg freebase for comfortable all-day use.

Avoid high-VG juice in the 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω pods. It doesn't wick efficiently at those resistances and will shorten pod life noticeably.

How To Use

1. Remove the pod from packaging and flip open the clamshell mouthpiece.
2. Fill slowly with your chosen e-liquid — stop 1–2mm below the fill port, don't top it right up.
3. Press the mouthpiece firmly back down until it clicks shut.
4. Leave the filled pod to sit for at least 3–5 minutes before vaping — this lets the cotton saturate properly and prevents a burnt first hit.
5. Insert the pod into your XROS device. The kit will auto-detect the resistance and set wattage accordingly.
6. Start with shorter draws if it's a fresh pod, then vape normally.

My pod is leaking — what should I check first?

Nine times out of ten it's either the mouthpiece not fully clicked shut, or overfilling. Fill to just below the line, then press the mouthpiece down firmly until it clicks. If a pod leaks straight out of the box and you've followed the fill process correctly, get in touch with us and we'll send a replacement.

How long will a COREX 2.0 pod last?

With regular use, most vapers get around 7–10 days before flavour starts to fade. Sweeter, darker e-liquids — especially those with high sweetener content — burn through cotton faster. Proper coil priming on first use and avoiding chain-vaping makes a real difference to longevity.

Do I need to manually set the wattage when I change pods?

No. XROS devices read the pod resistance automatically and adjust output accordingly. Swap the pod, re-insert it, and you're good to go.
