Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Requirements:

  • Product must be unopened and unused.
  • Return authorization from our support team is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used e-liquids.
  • Opened or used devices/accessories.
  • Coils, pods, tanks, glass, atomizers.
  • Items not purchased from vapebus.com.
  • Partial returns of sample packs or bundle deals.

Right to Cancel:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs. This right is not affected by our return authorization process.


Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns made after 30 days or for non-faulty products.
  • Shipping fees, Adult Signature fees, and Package Protection fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirmation of the cancellation (in the case of unused items).

Exchanges

If eligible and inventory is available, we may offer an exchange.

Exchanges Are Not Available For:

  • Disposable vapes.
  • Opened or used items.

If an exchange cannot be completed, the order will be processed as a refund.


Warranty

Devices:

Most devices include a 30-day limited warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, drops, or accidental damage.
  • Leaking.
  • Damage to external components or consumable parts.

Approved warranty claims may result in either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.


Defective Items

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Requirements:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Defective items qualify for return shipping coverage. All other cases require customer-paid shipping.
  • If inspection shows the item is functioning normally, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Important Notes

  • Contact us before shipping anything back for return authorization.
  • Include your order number or the original invoice inside the package.
  • Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
  • Refused packages (non-defect reasons) will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
