Delivery Information

Free Domestic Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping on online orders of £20 or more (after discounts, before tax).

Eligibility:

  • Valid for UK domestic orders only.
  • Free shipping appears automatically at checkout once the order qualifies.
  • Available to most UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees, taxes, Adult Signature fees, and Package Protection fees do not count toward the £20 minimum order value.

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.

International customers may contact us for assistance in finding authorized local distributors.


Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:

  • Standard processing time before shipment is typically 1–2 business days.
  • During holidays or major sales, processing may take up to 10 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT.
  • Major UK holidays (e.g., Christmas, Easter) are excluded.
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

After processing, your order will be handed to our shipping carrier for delivery.


Adult Signature Requirement (18+)

In accordance with UK laws, all vape-related shipments require Adult Signature Confirmation at delivery.

At Delivery:

The recipient must:

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Present a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Sign for the package in person.

If Delivery Fails:

  • If delivery fails due to a missing adult signature, the package will be returned, and a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs.

Service fees (shipping, Adult Signature fee, Package Protection) are non-refundable once the order ships.


Tracking & Delivery Timeframes

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Tracking Timelines:

  • 5–10 business days for the first tracking update.
  • If tracking does not update within 10 days or the package is not delivered within 15 days, contact us for assistance.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We will try to contact you for correction.
  • We will hold the package for 3 business days.
  • If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus service fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

To protect your purchase, we offer Route Package Protection.

If you did not purchase Route Protection, you may still contact us for assistance:

Resolution options may be limited for orders without Route Protection.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged items and the invoice.
  2. Email the photos and your order details to our Support Team.
  3. After verification, we will send a replacement for the damaged items.

Additional Information:

  • Customs and Import Duties: As the UK is no longer part of the EU, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Address Changes: Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before placing an order. Changes to the address after an order is placed may incur additional charges or delays.

VapeBus.com accepts the following payment methods for UK-based customers:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • PayPal: For secure, easy payments via your PayPal account or linked bank cards.
  • Apple Pay: Quick and secure payments via Apple devices.
  • Google Pay: For fast payments through your Google account.

You must enter your payment information for each transaction. VapeBus does not store any card details for security reasons.


Payment Restrictions

  • Payments cannot be split across multiple cards.
  • Gift cards cannot be used with credit/debit cards in a single transaction.
  • All cards must include a valid security code (CVV/CVC).

Card issuers may apply additional fraud prevention checks, such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard\'s 3D Secure, to protect against unauthorized transactions.


International Payments

At present, VapeBus only accepts orders from UK-based customers.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds).
  • International payments or orders from outside the UK are not supported. Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.
  • UK-based customers are responsible for any currency conversion or foreign exchange fees applied by their payment providers, if applicable.

Payment Processing

  • Full payment is required before processing and shipment.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and shipped.
  • You will receive a shipping notification once your items are en route.
